In Japan, Omakase means "I will leave it up to you". In this dining experience, Chef Tauchi will choose and prepare each dish. Our 8-course tasting menu is a journey through the best seafood that the world has to offer, through the lens of Chef Tauchi's life in sushi.

Do I need a reservation?
No! While our 8-course Omakase experience does require a reservation, we offer a list of snacks, rolls & sushi specials for everyone to enjoy, no reservation required.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Mostly! While our 8-course Omakase experience does not accomodate allergies or substitutions, we do offer a twice-monthly gluten-free Omakase, on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Additionally, our a la carte menu contains items that are allergy friendly!
